Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings wingettes and drumettes

Buffalo Sauce:
  • cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco to taste optional for extra heat
Ranch Dip:
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk or milk
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp fresh chives chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped (or ½ tsp dried dill)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prep Wings:
  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.

Notes
